Caraway Rye Bread
Don't you sometimes yearn for a delicious bread with a texture that's firm enough for a great sandwich? Here's my suggestion for a New York style Caraway Rye Bread. The dough was made in an Oster Bread Machine and baked in the oven for 35 minutes to 200 degrees. Crusty and wholesome bread. Recipe to follow.
