I am an older, strong woman who maintains a healthy lifestyle. Where I live, there are few excellent restaurants. When I'm hungry, I need a plan. Long ago I became a pescatarian for health reasons, of course, but I was so tired out of eating the same everyday meals. My new food choices are a treasury of colors and tastes. Here are some of my easy, favorite recipes. I don't cook often but when I do, I always make extra for the freezer. Reheat is my favorite microwave button. Enjoy!
